Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients in the emergency room setting.
Assist with basic patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and administering medication under the supervision of a nurse or physician.
Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members to ensure a positive and comfortable experience.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including documenting vital signs, treatments, and any changes in patient condition.
Monitor patient status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients.
Assist with transporting patients to different areas of the hospital and ensuring their comfort and safety during the process.
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult and stressful situations.
Continuously strive to improve patient care and outcomes by participating in training and development opportunities.

Job Qualifications

Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Ability To Accurately Document Patient Information.
Completion Of A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Program Or Equivalent Training In Patient Care Techniques And Basic Medical Procedures.
Previous Experience Working In An Emergency Room Or Other Fast-Paced Healthcare Environment.
Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members In A Compassionate And Professional Manner.
