  1. Provide hands-on care to patients in the emergency room.
  2. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  3. Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by a physician.
  5. Assist with procedures and interventions, such as wound care, IV placement, and EKGs.
  6. Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
  8. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  10. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of emergency care practices and procedures.
  11. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during stressful situations.
  12. Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations and provide appropriate care.
  13. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  14. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  15. Complete all required documentation and reports accurately and on time.
  16. Continuously monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate medical staff.
  17. Maintain current CPR certification and actively participate in ongoing training and education.
  18. Assist with patient transport and transfers as needed.
  19. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism at all times.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by the ER manager or supervising physician.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) Certification

  • Bls (Basic Life Support) Certification

  • Prior Experience Working In An Emergency Room Or Critical Care Setting

  • Proficiency In Performing Basic Medical Procedures, Such As Taking Vital Signs And Performing Ekgs

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment
