  1. Greeting and welcoming patients as they enter the facility, creating a positive first impression.
  2. Assisting patients with the check-in process and accurately collecting and verifying their personal and insurance information.
  3. Scheduling appointments and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient patient flow.
  4. Handling patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  5. Educating patients on their financial responsibilities and assisting with payment arrangements.
  6. Ensuring that all necessary patient forms and documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Collaborating with medical staff and other team members to provide exceptional patient care.
  8. Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA regulations.
  9. Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the registration process.
  10. Keeping up-to-date with insurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
  11. Attending training sessions and staying informed on new processes and procedures.
  12. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
