  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the neuro interventional radiology department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  2. Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction.
  3. Utilize your expertise in neuro interventional radiology to provide guidance and support to team members, including reviewing and interpreting complex imaging studies and assisting with procedures.
  4. Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards and protocols to ensure the highest level of patient care and outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices, protocols, and policies to improve patient outcomes.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for team members to ensure ongoing education and professional development.
  7. Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in neuro interventional radiology and incorporate them into practice as appropriate.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the department and other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to facilitate open communication and resolve any issues.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  11. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and manage departmental budget, including identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  12. Represent the department and Tenet Healthcare in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Neuro Interventional Radiology Procedures, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Active Certification As A Registered Radiologic Technologist (Rt) Through The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt), With Specialty Certification In Vascular-Interventional Radiography (Vi).

  • Knowledge Of Current Neuro Interventional Radiology Equipment, Techniques, And Procedures, Including Fluency In Digital Subtraction Angiography (Dsa) And Advanced Imaging Modalities.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Healthcare Providers.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory And Accreditation Standards For Neuro Interventional Radiology, Such As The Joint Commission And State Licensing Requirements.
