Your attention to detail and ability to quickly identify and respond to critical situations will be crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Monitor Technician and possess a thorough understanding of cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias.   1. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using specialized equipment.
  2. Communicate any changes in cardiac rhythms to the medical team in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all cardiac readings and patient information.
  4. Identify and respond quickly to any critical situations that may arise.
  5. Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans based on cardiac readings.
  6. Ensure the safety and well-being of patients by continuously monitoring and reporting any abnormalities or changes in cardiac rhythms.
  7. Follow all protocols and procedures related to the monitoring and interpreting of cardiac rhythms.
  8. Keep up-to-date with current knowledge and understanding of cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly functioning.
  10. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy guidelines when dealing with patient information.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Provide guidance and support to other staff members, such as nurses and technicians, on cardiac monitoring procedures.
  13. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients and their families.
  14. Comply with all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
  15. Represent Tenet Healthcare in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education

  • Completion Of A Certified Monitor Technician Training Program

  • Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Cardiac Monitoring
