Completion Of A Monitoring Technician Training Program: Candidates Should Have Completed A Formal Training Program In Monitoring Technology, Which Typically Includes Coursework In Electrocardiography (Ekg/Ecg) Interpretation, Cardiac Arrhythmia Recognition, And Basic Cardiac Anatomy And Physiology.
Certification As A Certified Cardiographic Technician (Cct) Or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (Crat): Many Employers, Including Tenet Healthcare, Require Certification From The Cardiovascular Credentialing International (Cci) As A Cct Or Crat.
