  1. Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses using flow cytometry technology.
  2. Utilize knowledge and expertise in flow cytometry to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients' health.
  3. Maintain accuracy and precision in laboratory testing, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during testing.
  5. Monitor laboratory equipment and ensure proper maintenance and calibration.
  6. Maintain thorough and accurate records of all laboratory tests and results.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  8. Keep up-to-date with advancements in flow cytometry technology and implement new techniques as appropriate.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or Related Field

  • Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) By A Nationally Recognized Certification Agency, Such As Ascp Or Amt

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, With Specific Experience In Flow Cytometry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures, Equipment, And Regulations, Including Clia And Cap Guidelines

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Interpret Complex Data Accurately
