  1. Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses using Flow Cytometry technology.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely results by following established protocols and procedures.
  3. Utilize knowledge and expertise in Flow Cytometry to provide critical diagnostic information for patient care.
  4. Adhere to all safety and quality control guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient laboratory environment.
  5. Maintain and troubleshoot Flow Cytometry equipment as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field.

  • Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) From A Recognized Accrediting Agency.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Flow Cytometry In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Knowledge And Proficiency In Operating And Troubleshooting Flow Cytometry Instrumentation, Including Data Analysis Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Quality Control And Quality Assurance Practices, And Ability To Maintain Accurate And Reliable Test Results.
