- Collaborate closely with OBGYN physicians to ensure high-quality care is delivered to patients.
- Assist with patient intake, including taking vital signs and medical history.
- Prepare and maintain patient exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary supplies.
- Perform routine procedures and tests as directed by physicians, such as administering injections and collecting specimens.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documenting medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients on procedures and treatments, and provide them with necessary resources and information.

- Continuously update knowledge and skills related to medical assisting and OBGYN care to ensure high-quality and evidence-based practice.

Certification Or Degree In Medical Assisting: A Medical Assistant Should Have A Recognized Certification Or Degree In Medical Assisting From An Accredited Program.
Knowledge Of Obgyn Procedures And Terminology: Familiarity With Obstetrics And Gynecology Procedures, Equipment, And Terminology Is Essential For A Medical Assistant In This Specialty.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Medical Assistants Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals In A Compassionate And Professional Manner.
