Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program: A Candidate For This Position Should Have Completed A Formal Education Program In Medical Assisting From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That The Individual Has Received Proper Training And Education In The Field Of Healthcare.
Certification As A Medical Assistant: Tenet Healthcare May Require Candidates To Hold A Valid Certification As A Medical Assistant From A Recognized Organization Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).
