Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Rehab department.
Assist patients with their rehabilitation journey and help them achieve their goals.
Administer medications and perform procedures as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for each patient.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain infection control standards.
Maintain a compassionate and supportive demeanor towards patients and their families.
Continuously stay updated on industry developments and best practices in rehabilitation nursing.
Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to nursing practice.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Attend mandatory training and development programs to enhance nursing skills.

Job Qualifications

Current Lpn License In The State Of Employment
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Rehabilitation Or Long-Term Care Setting
Cpr/Bls Certification
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Team Members
Knowledge Of Rehabilitation Protocols And Procedures, Including Medication Administration And Wound Care Management
