Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all laboratory processes and procedures.
Maintain compliance with all regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Manage and train laboratory staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement new laboratory procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate test results.
Monitor inventory levels and ordering of necessary supplies and equipment.
Maintain and update laboratory records and documentation.
Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
Participate in staff meetings and provide updates on laboratory operations and performance.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in laboratory technology and procedures.
Serve as a point of contact for any issues or concerns related to the laboratory.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for laboratory staff.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications

Experience With Laboratory Information Systems And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medical Technology, Biology, Or Chemistry.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.
Knowledge Of Clia And Other Regulatory Requirements For Laboratory Operations.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
