IAM Operations Director

As the IAM Operations Director at Tenet Healthcare, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for developing, implementing and administering our IAM (Identity and Access Management) policy and procedures. You will lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations and ensure compliance with corporate security standards and industry regulations.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in IAM operations and management. You should also have experience in developing and managing IAM program requirements, policies and procedures. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.You should be highly organized and have excellent problem-solving capabilities. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
