Tenet Healthcare is looking for an experienced and results-oriented HR Reporting and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely data and reports to the Human Resources team and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have superb analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Data Analysis, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and experience in data analysis and reporting are also required.
