Job Description

Provide administrative support to HR Staff in a wide range of HR tasks that may include Project Planning, Process Improvement, Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness. Serves as the focal point for processing and submitting HR transactions. Collects data, prepares and maintains related statistics and reports utilizing HR information systems for HR initiatives and projects. Support to hospital employees while supporting the leadership of the department through file maintenance.
