We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital Human Resources Director to join our team and lead our HR department at our hospital location. As the Hospital Human Resources Director, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, retaining, and developing our talented staff while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.   1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the recruitment process for all hospital positions, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
  3. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents.
  5. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  6. Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  7. Manage employee performance evaluations and provide support for employee relations issues.
  8. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  9. Analyze employee engagement and satisfaction data and develop strategies to improve employee morale.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to address staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage.
  11. Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations, such as recruitment agencies and professional associations.
  13. Prepare and manage the HR department budget and report on key metrics to senior management.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and implement them into the HR department's processes.
  15. Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure a high level of performance and employee development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Groups Of Individuals.
