Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Experience In Human Resources Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of Employees And Healthcare Professionals.
