- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company values and industry regulations.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive and cost-effective offerings.
- Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support company goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and promotes employee engagement.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives and projects.
A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Experience In Human Resources Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of Employees And Healthcare Professionals.
