Perform echocardiogram procedures on patients using specialized equipment and techniques.
Accurately record and analyze echocardiogram results, including measurements, calculations, and observations.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret results and make recommendations for patient treatment.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and functioning correctly.
Keep up-to-date with current trends and advancements in echocardiography technology and techniques.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
Educate patients on the procedure and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a positive and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.
Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the team to improve and maintain the quality of cardiovascular services provided to patients.

Job Qualifications

Completion Of An Accredited Program In Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or Related Field.
Certification As A Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (Rdcs) Or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (Rcs) Through The American Registry For Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ardms).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Echo Technician In A Healthcare Setting.
Familiarity With Various Types Of Echocardiography Equipment And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
