  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and expansion in alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee all operational activities, including financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  3. Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the organization's market position and revenue streams.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competition, and use this information to inform business decisions.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.

  12. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and developments, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a strong commitment to the organization's mission and values.
  14. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on operations, business development, and key performance indicators.
  15. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
