Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for the organization.
Oversee daily operations and ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the business.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential partners and clients.
Monitor industry trends and competition to inform business strategies and decision-making.
Lead and mentor a team of operations and business development professionals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in achieving business goals.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, staff, and external partners.
Represent the organization at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize performance and outcomes.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Healthcare Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Healthcare Operations, Preferably In A Leadership Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Inner Workings Of A Healthcare Organization, Including Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Flow, And Quality Improvement.
Proven Track Record In Business Development: The Director Of Operations And Business Development Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Pursuing Growth Opportunities For Tenet Healthcare. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Success In Developing And Executing Business Development Strategies, As Well As A Strong Network In The Healthcare Industry.
Strategic Thinking And Planning Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Plans To Achieve Business Goals. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Market Trends And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Expansion.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Director-Level Position, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership And Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Inspire And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Provide Guidance And Support To Their Team Members.
