Extensive Experience In Healthcare Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Healthcare Operations, Preferably In A Leadership Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Inner Workings Of A Healthcare Organization, Including Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Flow, And Quality Improvement.
Proven Track Record In Business Development: The Director Of Operations And Business Development Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Pursuing Growth Opportunities For Tenet Healthcare. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Success In Developing And Executing Business Development Strategies, As Well As A Strong Network In The Healthcare Industry.
