  1. Lead and oversee the case management department to ensure the delivery of quality care and effective utilization of resources.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the case management department.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration.
  4. Monitor and analyze case management processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  5. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  6. Provide guidance and support to case management staff, including training and development opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with other leaders to set and achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of the case management department.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in case management to continuously improve processes.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the case management department and other departments to facilitate open communication and problem-solving.
  11. Ensure the maintenance of accurate and timely documentation of case management activities.
  12. Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience.
  13. Develop and manage the department budget, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the case management team.
  15. Represent the organization at industry conferences and events to promote the case management department and its achievements.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Specifically In Case Management And Utilization Review.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field; Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Certification In Case Management (Ccm) Or Utilization Review (Urac) Strongly Preferred.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Reimbursement Processes, Including Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines.
