Job Description

Tenet Healthcare is searching for an experienced, collaborative, and strategic-minded Director of Capital Planning & Strategic Initiatives to join our team. We are looking for a leader to support our mission of providing quality healthcare to our patients and communities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can identify and develop initiatives to support our capital planning and organizational goals. The Director of Capital Planning & Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize Tenet Healthcare’s capital investments and growth opportunities. This position requires a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, long-term capital planning and budgeting, and strategic decision-making.The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in capital planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring an enthusiastic attitude, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
