Oversee and manage all aspects of laboratory operations within the organization.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care through efficient and accurate laboratory testing.
Supervise and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the availability and accuracy of laboratory supplies and equipment.
Monitor and analyze laboratory metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures.
Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services into patient care.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in laboratory technology and implement changes as needed.
Communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure clear understanding and execution of organizational goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Regulations And Compliance, Including Clia, Cap, And Joint Commission.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Supervising A Team Of Laboratory Staff.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals And Maintain Relationships With External Stakeholders.
