Job Description

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and organized Compliance Programs Compliance Manager to join our team and help us ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.The Compliance Programs Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of laws and regulations related to healthcare, including but not limited to Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and HIPAA.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in a compliance role in the healthcare industry. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Additionally, the successful candidate must have a proven track record of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize tasks.
