Accurately review and analyze patient charges to ensure compliance with coding and billing guidelines.
Identify and resolve charge capture errors and discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve charge capture processes and maximize revenue.
Stay up-to-date on healthcare regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of charge capture.
Communicate and provide educational training to staff on coding and billing best practices.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to charge capture.
Develop and maintain documentation of charge capture processes and procedures.
Proactively identify potential revenue opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and sensitive financial information.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Charge Capture Or Revenue Cycle Management.
Knowledge Of Coding And Billing Processes, As Well As Understanding Of Healthcare Reimbursement Systems.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Strong Attention To Detail.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders.
