  1. Perform accurate and timely processing of laboratory samples according to established protocols and procedures.
  2. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of samples to maintain the integrity of test results.
  3. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, following safety and quality control protocols.
  4. Communicate and collaborate with laboratory team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all laboratory activities, including sample processing and test results.
  6. Follow all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance with laboratory standards.
  7. Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory services.
  8. Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory tests and procedures.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training opportunities.
  11. Adhere to confidentiality and privacy policies to protect patient information.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  13. Prioritize and manage workload to meet established turnaround times and deadlines.
  14. Act as a role model for laboratory assistants and support staff by demonstrating professionalism and a strong work ethic.
  15. Comply with all Tenet Healthcare policies and procedures to uphold the organization's values and standards of conduct.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
