The ideal candidate will have a sincere interest in helping us find the right talent to join our organization who can help us continue to grow and develop.The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing Tenet Healthcare's campus recruitment efforts, including developing relationships with students and universities. The Campus Recruiter will help create an engaging recruitment presence on campus and ensure a strong pipeline of talent for our business.To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, adept at networking and possess an understanding of recruiting best practices.
