  1. Lead and direct the nursing services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for nursing services, in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to establish and maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to nursing services.
  5. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of nursing services.
  6. Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the nursing department.
  8. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and other departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  9. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement evidence-based practices.
  10. Develop and manage the nursing department budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing leadership and incorporate them into the organization's nursing services.
  12. Represent the organization in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
  13. Serve as a role model and mentor for nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  14. Handle any issues or concerns related to nursing services and provide timely resolution.
  15. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes at the organizational level.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Nursing Leadership Roles, Including At Least 5 Years In A Senior Level Position Such As Director Of Nursing Or Chief Nursing Officer.

  • A Master's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field. A Doctorate Degree Is Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures, Particularly Those Related To Nursing Practice And Patient Care.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Large Teams, Including Budget And Resource Management.

  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Interdisciplinary Teams And Diverse Stakeholders.
