  1. Develop and implement a telemetry program in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the telemetry program, ensuring efficient and effective use of technology and resources.
  3. Train and mentor staff on the proper use and maintenance of telemetry equipment and systems.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare providers and IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of telemetry technology into patient care.
  5. Monitor and analyze data from telemetry devices, identifying trends and areas for improvement in patient care.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of telemetry program activities and outcomes.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  8. Provide guidance and support to staff in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to telemetry technology.

  13. Communicate with patients and their families to educate them on the use and benefits of telemetry technology.
  14. Represent the organization in a professional manner at conferences, meetings, and other industry events related to telemetry technology.
  15. Adhere to all privacy and security regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Telemetry Or Critical Care Nursing

  • Current Rn License And Acls Certification
