
Assistant Chief Nursing Officer
Tenet Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to join our team and help us continue to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nursing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with other departments. The ACNO will be a key member of the nursing leadership team and will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of strategies for improving nursing practice, patient outcomes, and operational efficiencies.Qualifications:• Graduate of an accredited nursing program• Active RN license in the state of practice• 5+ years of nursing experience in a hospital setting• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare organization• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to collaborate and make decisions in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work with teams across all levels of the organizationIf you are an experienced and motivated leader looking to join a dynamic healthcare team, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
