- Collaborate with writers, directors, and other team members to visualize complex narratives and bring them to life.
- Utilize strong visual storytelling skills to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
- Ensure consistency and continuity in storytelling across projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, and incorporate them into storyboarding process.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior storyboard artists.
- Work closely with other departments, such as animation and editing, to ensure storyboards are effectively translated into final products.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Use feedback and critiques to continuously improve and refine storyboarding skills.
- Contribute to the overall creative vision and direction of projects.

Extensive Experience In Storyboard Creation: A Senior Storyboard Artist At Tencent Holdings Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Creating High-Quality Storyboards For Various Projects, Including Animated Films, Tv Shows, And Video Games. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Story Structure, Character Development, And Visual Storytelling Techniques.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Highly Skilled In Using Industry-Standard Software, Such As Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, And After Effects, For Creating Storyboards. They Should Also Be Familiar With 3D Animation Software Like Maya Or Blender.
Strong Artistic And Drawing Skills: A Senior Storyboard Artist Should Have Excellent Drawing Skills And Be Able To Convey Emotions, Action, And Mood Through Their Illustrations. They Should Be Able To Work In Various Styles And Adapt To Different Art Directions.
