- Oversee the development and release of games and products within the publishing team
- Lead and manage a team of producers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including game designers, artists, and engineers to ensure high-quality products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market demands to inform strategic decisions
- Act as a liaison between the publishing team and other departments within the company
- Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may arise during development and release processes
- Ensure all products meet company standards and expectations for quality and marketability
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork

Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Publishing Or Production Within The Gaming Or Entertainment Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Strong Understanding Of The Publishing Process, Including Localization, Marketing, And Distribution.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Gaming Market And Industry Trends, With A Strong Network Of Contacts And Relationships With Key Players.
