
Senior Procurement Manager, Game Marketing

- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the game marketing team at Tencent Holdings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts that offer the best value for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement needs and requirements for game marketing initiatives.
- Manage the entire procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and ongoing performance evaluation.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, leveraging these relationships to drive cost savings and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and proactively identify new procurement opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage budgets and ensure that all procurement activities are within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws.
- Mentor and guide junior procurement staff, providing training and support to develop their skills and knowledge.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management Within The Gaming Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Game Marketing Strategies And Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating And Managing Large Supplier Contracts.
