- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including game developers and product managers, to assess potential partnerships and evaluate the potential impact on the business.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and profitability from licensing deals.
