- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions that align with the artistic vision of our projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical artists to ensure the highest quality of work and adherence to technical standards.
- Create and maintain technical art pipelines and workflows to optimize efficiency and quality of work.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues that may arise during production.
- Proactively research and propose new tools, techniques, and processes to improve the overall quality and efficiency of our projects.
- Work closely with artists, engineers, and designers to develop and implement innovative solutions for technical challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and provide recommendations for integrating new technologies into our projects.
- Ensure that all technical art assets meet project requirements and are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines and manage resources effectively.

Extensive Experience In Game Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Game Development, With A Strong Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of Game Design, Production, And Deployment.
Proficiency In Game Engines And Tools: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Using Game Engines Such As Unity, Unreal, Or Cryengine, As Well As Other Industry-Standard Tools Like Maya, 3Ds Max, And Photoshop.
Strong Technical Skills: As A Principal Technical Artist/Expert At Tencent Holdings, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Programming Languages, Game Development Pipelines, And Performance Optimization Techniques.
Leadership And Management Experience: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead And Manage A Team Of Technical Artists And Developers. Therefore, Previous Experience In Managing Teams And Projects Is Essential.
