- Develop and maintain the visual style and direction for Honor of Kings: World, ensuring it aligns with the overall vision and brand of Tencent Holdings.
- Collaborate with the game development team to understand and translate game design concepts into compelling and visually stunning art assets.
- Lead and inspire a team of concept artists, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure quality and consistency in all art deliverables.
- Create high-quality concept art, including characters, environments, props, and other assets, that effectively communicate the game's story and gameplay elements.
- Conduct research and gather reference materials to support the development of the game's visual style and world-building.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into the game's concept art.

Extensive Experience In Concept Art: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Creating Concept Art For Video Games, Preferably In The Mobile Gaming Industry.
Strong Artistic Skills: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Composition, Color Theory, And Anatomy, As Well As The Ability To Create Detailed And Visually Stunning Concept Art.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Principal Concept Artist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Concept Artists. Therefore, They Must Have Excellent Communication, Organization, And Leadership Skills.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Honor Of Kings Universe: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The World And Characters Of Honor Of Kings, Including Its Lore, Visual Style, And Cultural Influences.
