  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with international gaming regulations and standards.
  2. Stay up-to-date with evolving gaming laws and regulations in different countries and regions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met during the game development process.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure all games meet compliance standards.
  5. Oversee the certification process for all games, working closely with regulatory bodies and third-party agencies.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
  7. Train and educate internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices.
  8. Analyze data and identify potential compliance risks, providing solutions to mitigate them.
  9. Serve as the main point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and issues.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management on compliance updates and potential impacts on the business.
  11. Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures for the company.
  12. Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences related to gaming compliance.
  14. Continuously monitor and improve processes related to compliance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Assist in resolving any compliance-related disputes or investigations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Game Compliance Or A Similar Role, Preferably With A Multinational Gaming Company.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of International Gaming Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With International Stakeholders.
