- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various job roles within the company.
- Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and company culture fit.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.
- Handle employee relations by addressing and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with all legal and company policies.

- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Participate in company events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and team building.
- Assist with any other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR manager or company leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Generalist Role, Preferably In A Technology Or Multinational Company.
Strong Knowledge Of Local Labor Laws And Regulations In China.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels.
Experience In Handling A Variety Of Hr Functions, Including Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relations, And Training And Development.
