  1. Provide technical support to users in the labs, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network connectivity, and printing problems.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware in the labs, ensuring that all equipment is up to date and functioning properly.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions to improve the user experience in the labs.
  4. Train and assist lab users in utilizing technology and software, ensuring that they have a positive and productive experience.
  5. Monitor and maintain lab equipment, ensuring that all devices are in working order and promptly addressing any issues that arise.
  6. Document and track all reported issues and resolutions, maintaining accurate records of lab usage and equipment maintenance.
  7. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations for updates and improvements to the lab environment.
  8. Assist with the planning and execution of lab upgrades and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to lab users.
  9. Work closely with faculty and staff to support and troubleshoot technology needs for classes and projects in the labs.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting lab users with their technical needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In A Higher Education Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Computer Hardware, Software, And Networking Systems.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Ability To Communicate Technical Information Clearly And Effectively To Non-Technical Users.
