  1. Lead and oversee all programs and initiatives at Temple University, ensuring alignment with the university's overall goals and mission.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and success of the programs under your supervision.
  3. Establish clear objectives and goals for each program and regularly monitor and evaluate their progress.
  4. Manage a team of program coordinators and provide guidance and support to ensure the effective execution of programs.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders within the university to ensure coordination and integration of programs.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
  7. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.
  8. Represent Temple University and its programs at external events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our initiatives.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and other partners to secure funding and support for programs.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations on program performance and present them to university leaders and stakeholders.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in the execution of programs.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the program team, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  13. Act as a role model, demonstrating ethical behavior and professionalism in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Program Management And Leadership Roles, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Business, Or Public Administration.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans And Initiatives.

  • Strong Budget Management Skills And Experience In Securing Funding From External Sources.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders Including Faculty, Staff, Students, And Community Partners.
