- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top medical professionals to the academic institution.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, and referrals, to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the institution.
- Build and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency programs, and other healthcare organizations to expand the candidate pool.
- Attend career fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the academic institution and recruit potential candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure competitive recruitment practices.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating interviews, completing pre-employment screenings, and assisting with relocation.
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and reports.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the academic institution and promote its values and culture to potential candidates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters and hiring managers on best practices for recruitment and selection.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Physician Or Faculty Recruitment, With A Focus On Senior Level Positions.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry And Trends In Physician And Faculty Recruitment.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Recruiting And Hiring Top-Tier Physicians And Faculty Members.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Including Department Chairs, Deans, And Senior Leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field. A Master's Degree Is Preferred.
