8. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
9. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating interviews, completing pre-employment screenings, and assisting with relocation.
10. Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and reports.
11. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
