  1. Develop and implement internal and executive communication strategies that align with the university's overall mission and goals.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand their communication needs and effectively communicate their messages to the university community.
  3. Manage a team of communication professionals to ensure the successful execution of internal and executive communication initiatives.
  4. Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and external partners.
  5. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on communication matters, providing guidance and recommendations to enhance their messaging and visibility.
  6. Oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging written and visual content for various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, social media, and presentations.
  7. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to continuously improve and evolve communication strategies.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in internal and executive communication to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the university.
  9. Plan and execute communication events and initiatives to engage and inform the university community.
  10. Act as a spokesperson for the university, representing its values and initiatives to internal and external audiences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Communications, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Non-Profit Organization.

  • Strong Writing And Editing Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling Messaging For Various Audiences And Platforms.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Strategic Communication Plans, Including Crisis Communication Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Departments.
