- Develop and oversee fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall fundraising strategy.
- Create and maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions, utilizing a donor database system.
- Stay informed about the current trends and best practices in development for collegiate athletics.
- Represent the university and athletic department at events and meetings, building relationships and promoting fundraising efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Sports Management, Business Administration, Or Marketing.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Athletic Development Or Fundraising, Preferably In A Collegiate Or Professional Sports Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Major Gift Fundraising And Donor Stewardship.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Donors, Alumni, And Other Stakeholders.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Priorities And Meet Fundraising Goals.
