  1. Coordinate and manage research studies within the TUCollaborative, ensuring adherence to timelines, protocols, and ethical standards.
  2. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of research assistants to assist with data collection and analysis.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaborative research initiatives.
  4. Conduct literature reviews and assist with the development of research proposals and grant applications.
  5. Collect and analyze data using various methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  6. Prepare and present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements for research, including IRB protocols and data protection policies.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and faculty members to identify potential research opportunities and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
  9. Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve research goals.
  10. Stay updated on current research trends and best practices, and integrate new methodologies and technologies into research projects.
  11. Mentor and provide support to junior researchers and students involved in research projects.
  12. Communicate regularly with project sponsors and stakeholders to provide updates on research progress and outcomes.
  13. Participate in the dissemination of research findings through presentations, publications, and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Social Sciences, Public Health, Or Psychology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Coordinating Research Projects, Preferably In A University Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Team Of Researchers, Faculty, And Staff.

  • Proficiency In Data Collection And Analysis, Including Experience With Statistical Software Such As Spss Or Sas.
