
Project Associate
Under general supervision, the Project Associate provides professional level support requiring the application of standard training and technical assistance practices and techniques for School of Social Work College of Public Health training, technical assistance and research projects - working with assigned Principal Investigators and associated project staff, partners and funders. Primary responsibilities include providing timely support and responses to email, telephone and in-person requests for training, technical assistance on evidence-based programming requirements data collection, data entry, and data reporting, online and in-person training logistics coordination, technical assistance for online delivery of interventions, tracking and reporting requests, and processing invoices and other associated tasks.
1-2 years of experience providing support (online and by telephone) in training and technical assistance for community based programs and interventions.
1 β 2 years of experience working with data management systems entering data and creating summary tables/reports and charts from data.
Experience with learning management systems, professional training platforms such as zoom and/or Microsoft teams
Experience working with nonprofit and government organizations.
