1. Oversee a team of skilled plumbers and ensure their adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
2. Plan, assign, and review work of plumbing staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
3. Train and mentor new plumbing staff, as well as provide ongoing training and development for current team members.
4. Maintain inventory of plumbing supplies and equipment and ensure proper usage and storage.
5. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate plumbing projects and minimize disruptions to campus operations.
6. Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and provide effective solutions to resolve issues.
7. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly and identify any potential issues.
8. Keep accurate records of work orders, completed projects, and maintenance schedules.
9. Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of plumbing operations.
10. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in plumbing technology and techniques.
11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.

13. Communicate regularly with campus community regarding plumbing projects and address any concerns or inquiries.
