Advanced Degree In Biology, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Or Managerial Role, Preferably In A Research Or Academic Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Laboratory Techniques And Procedures, As Well As Experience With Grant Writing And Budget Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Faculty, Staff, And Students.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans, As Well As Managing And Evaluating Programs And Initiatives Within A Biology Division.
