- Provide exceptional dental care: The Lead Dental Assistant will be responsible for delivering top-notch dental services to our patients at Temple University. This includes assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for patients.
- Lead and supervise the dental assistant team: The ideal candidate will have leadership skills and experience in managing a team. The Lead Dental Assistant will be responsible for delegating tasks, providing guidance and support to other dental assistants, and ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
- Support the dentists: The Lead Dental Assistant will work closely with the dentists to ensure smooth operation of the clinic. This includes preparing and sterilizing equipment, assisting during procedures, and maintaining a well-stocked inventory of supplies.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Dental Assistant, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
Certified Dental Assistant (Cda) Or Registered Dental Assistant (Rda) Designation.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Faculty, And Staff.
