
Lead Dental Assistant: Endodontic

- Provide exceptional patient care: The primary responsibility of the Lead Dental Assistant is to ensure that all patients receive top-quality care during their visit to the Endodontic department. This includes assisting the endodontists with procedures, answering any questions or concerns from patients, and making them feel comfortable and at ease.
- Assist endodontists during procedures: The Lead Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting the endodontists during various procedures, including root canals, dental surgeries, and other treatments. This includes setting up equipment, passing instruments, and providing suction and other necessary assistance.
- Lead and supervise dental assistants: As the Lead Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and training other dental assistants in the department. This includes delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all assistants are following proper protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment: The Lead Dental Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the Endodontic department. This includes sterilizing equipment, setting up treatment rooms, and ensuring that all supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Manage patient schedules and records: The Lead Dental Assistant will be responsible for managing patient schedules and records, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient charts, and updating patient information as needed.

Advanced Training And Certification: Candidates Should Have Completed An Accredited Dental Assisting Program And Possess A Valid Certification In Dental Assisting, As Well As Any Additional Training In Endodontics.
Exceptional Communication Skills: The Lead Dental Assistant Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Patients, Dentists, And Other Team Members, So Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills Are Essential.
Leadership Experience: As A Lead Dental Assistant, This Role Will Require Supervising And Training Other Dental Assistants, So Previous Experience In A Leadership Position Is Highly Desirable.
