- Develop and execute strategic enrollment plans to attract high-quality and diverse students to the School of Sport, Tourism, and Hospitality Management.
- Collaborate with university stakeholders to establish enrollment goals and objectives that align with the school's mission and vision.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify recruitment opportunities and track progress towards enrollment targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other institutions to promote the school and attract potential students.
- Serve as a key point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information and guidance throughout the enrollment process.
- Coordinate and oversee recruitment events, including open houses, information sessions, and campus tours.

- Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty to ensure a seamless enrollment process for accepted students.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in enrollment management to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
- Manage and train enrollment staff to effectively represent the school and provide exceptional customer service to prospective students.
- Develop and manage enrollment budgets and resources to support recruitment and retention efforts.
- Oversee the enrollment process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a positive experience for students.
- Serve as a liaison between the school and university offices, such as financial aid and admissions, to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Monitor and analyze enrollment data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance enrollment strategies.
- Stay informed of changes in enrollment regulations and policies and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Education.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Enrollment Management At A Higher Education Institution.
Strong Leadership And Strategic Planning Skills.
Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Enrollment Management And Higher Education Admissions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders Including Students, Faculty, And Staff.
